By virtue of order dated 23.06.2022, the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order was to be served upon the respondents by the petitioner. 2. Statement of facts stands filed. A perusal of the same reveals that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to persuade this Court that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on flimsy grounds. The contentions of the learned counsel cannot be appreciated in these contempt proceedings particularly when there was no positive direction to the respondents to release the amount and direction was issued in terms of order supra only to the extent to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of amount of Rs. 3,82,925/-. 4. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are closed and the contempt petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy under law.
