Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 07.05.2025 bearing No. 0145 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and Section 340 (2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Nawabganj, District Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention to the allegations contained in the F.I.R., which pertain to the year 2000, the F.I.R. also discloses that the property was sold in the year 2011. The other contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that on account of the petition being filed against the informant, the present proceedings have been initiated without there being any specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also on record that the proceedings for correction of the record, at the instance of the Pradhan are stated to be pending in which the petitioners are participating, in view thereof, prima facie case for interference is made out. 4. The petition is disposed of with the direction that till the filing of the charge-sheet, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners, subject to their cooperating in the investigation.
