Considering the nature of the allegations levelled in the FIR including the name of the applicant also, prima-facie, no good ground for quashing of the FIR is made out. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for anticipatory bail and to take such steps as may be advised under law. 5. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
