This is an application seeking rectification of the judgment dated 17th of December, 2025, passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the impugned order of detention has been set aside and the petitioner/detenue has been directed to be released from preventive custody, provided he is not required in connection with any other case. 02. It has been submitted that, in paragraph (13) of the judgment, the particulars of the detention order have been incorrectly reflected as No. 21- DMK/PSA of 2018 dated 28.09.2018 instead of DIVCOM-K/112/2025 dated 24.06.2025. 03. I have gone through the record of the case. It appears that due to typographical mistake in the operative part of the judgement, the particulars of the impugned detention order have been wrongly reflected. 04. Accordingly, it is provided that, in the second line of paragraph (13) of the judgment dated 17th of December, 2025, the particulars of the detention order shall be read as “DIVCOM-K/112/2025 dated 24.06.2025” instead of “No. 21-DMK/PSA of 2018 dated 28.09.2018”. To the aforesaid extent, the judgment dated 17th of December, 2025 shall stand rectified. 05. This order shall be read as part and parcel of the judgment dated 17th of December, 2025. 06.
