The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 20 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(C), 376(2)(n), 366-A, 372, 373/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur at Singhbhum East. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the mother of victim. 4. It appears that this petitioner also started sexually assaulting the victim and thereafter he sold the victim to one Butul Behra @ Butun Behra. It further appears that bail application of co-accused Butul Behra @ Butun Behra has been twice rejected by this Court. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that mother of the victim has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 3168/2025. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
