Present petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing FIR No.157 of 2025, under Section 85, 103(1), 238 of BNS & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Khero, District Rae Bareli. 4. The averment of counsel for the petitioner is that the victim which was alleged to have been murdered was subsequently recovered and an affidavit has been filed today on her behalf. 5. Learned AGA, based upon instructions which is taken on record, states that the victim has already been recovered and a final report has already been filed. 6.
