The petitioner alleges that the respondent is harassing him at the instance of one Mr.Azhraf. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 3rd respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and she is facing harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 23.01.2025 at 11.00 a.m. The 2nd respondent will inform the 3rd respondent and that he should also be present at the same time.
