Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned order there is a statutory remedy to file an appeal under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order. 5.
