Case No.71/2024 pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat was directed to be stayed but that part of the order was not reflected in the order sheet. 4. The error stands corrected. 5. It is hereby directed that until further order (s), the further proceeding of C.R. Case No.71/2024 pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat shall remain stayed. 6.
