The present application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to issue direction to the court concerned to expedite the hearing of Criminal Misc Case No.677 of 2022 (Awantika Verma & another vs. Ram Bahadur), under Section 125 Cr.P.C, pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.06, District Lucknow. It is submitted that in this case, proceedings of Criminal Misc Case No.677 of 2022 (Awantika Verma & another vs. Ram Bahadur), under Section 125 Cr.P.C are pending before the court concerned since the year 2022. It is further submitted that opposite party no.2/husband is employee in Bank whereas applicant no.1 is his wife and applicant no.2 is his minor son, who is handicapped and they have no other source of income, therefore request to issue direction to the court concerned to expedite the hearing and decide the case within a stipulated period. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for applicant as well as learned A.G.A., it is expedient to direct the court concerned to make its endeavour to expedite the hearing and decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties. With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands disposed of finally.
