No. 0308/2024, under Sections 364, 302, 506 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao. 3. Learned A.G.A., based upon instructions, states that Final Report in this case has already been filed. 4. In view therefore, no directions as sought can be issued. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised under the law. 5. The instructions are taken on record. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
