Division Lko And Ors Counsel for Petitioner :- Vijay Kumar Pandey,Amrendra Singh,Diwakar Singh,Sushil Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C,Anoop Kumar,Rajiv Raman Srivastava Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. The instant application has been moved by the petitioner which is duly supported by an affidavit of the petitioner himself wherein he seeks unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. Shri Rajiv Raman Srivastava, learned counsel for the private respondent no.3 submits that in so far as the unconditional withdrawal is concerned, he has no objection. However, he states that paragraph-2 of the affidavit referring to the petitioner having familial ties with the respondent no.3 and in light of his illness, this statement is not quite correct. Be that as it may, since the petitioner does not wish to press the petition, accordingly the application is allowed. The petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consigned to record.
