Z.A.& L.R. Act, 1950 wherein an interim order was passed in 2009, but subsequently, the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution on 04.04.2025, and thereafter, the opposite parties are proceeding to sell the trees and the land. The application for restoration of the appeal is pending. Considering the facts of the case, let the application for restoration of the appeal be considered and decided positively within a period of three weeks. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
