Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3. 2. By means of present writ petition the petitioners has prayed for direction to the State respondents to conclude the proceedings of fixation of pillars in compliance of order dated 20.11.2023, passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil - Ikauna, District - Shrawasti. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand has submitted that prayer made by the petitioners is for execution of order dated 20.11.2023, passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and the petitioners have efficacious remedy under Paragraph 460 of the U.P. Revenue Courts Manual, which provides for execution of the orders of the Revenue Authorities. 4. Accordingly, petitioner are relegated to the efficacious alternate remedy of moving appropriate application for execution of order dated 20.11.2023, passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil - Ikauna, District - Shrawasti. It is provided that in case petitioners move such application within next three weeks from today, the competent authority shall proceed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5.
