JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 15.10.2025 The present application has been filed seeking correction of Page No.# 2/2 the judgment and order dated 02.06.2025 passed in MAC App. No.229/2025. The correction which has been sought for is in the form of an arithmetical error while calculating the amount of compensation minus the future prospects. The total amount of compensation entitled by the claimants was Rs.31,01,000/- and Rs.8,64,000/- was the future prospects, and therefore, deducting the said amount from Rs.31,01,000/-, the amount ought to have been Rs.22,37,000/- instead of Rs.23,42,000/- as mentioned in paragraph Nos.16 (iii) and 16 (iv) of the order judgment and order dated 02.06.2025. 2. Accordingly, the amount of Rs.23,42,000/- as appearing in paragraph 16 (iii) and 16 (iv) be substituted by the amount of Rs.22,37,000/- in the said paragraph Nos.16 (iii) and 16 (iv) of the judgment and order dated 02.06.2025 passed in MAC App. No.229/2025. 3. Accordingly, the instant application stands allowed. 4. The instant order shall be a part of the judgment and order dated 02.06.2025 passed in MAC App. No.229/2025. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
