Petitioner’s only grievance is that she has completed her normal tenure at GSSS Kuthar, District Shimla, H.P. She on account of her adverse family circumstances, has preferred representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the respondent/Competent 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - Authority, seeking her transfer/ suitable adjustment, however, the said representation has not been considered by the Competent Authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
