It is submitted that the

allegations under Sections 64(j) and 69 would not, at any rate, be attracted to the petitioner, as even from the complaint, such allegations cannot be levelled against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is insofar as informing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the life of the 1st accused. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner has supported the 1st accused, and as such, submits that he does not deserve any mercy. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the Station House Officer, Hindupur I Town Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, to complete the investigation against the petitioner herein without taking any coercive steps, including the arrest of the petitioner, as evidently Sections 318(4), 64(j), and 69 of BNS would not be applicable to the petitioner, as seen from the complaint. 5. With these observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed off, and this shall not preclude the investigating officer from filing the final report/charge sheet.
