Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Consolidation Officer, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow-respondent no. 3 not to implement the judgment and order dated 09.02.2025, passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation in Appeal No. 251 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. 202454104600000048) - Banwari Singh Yadav Vs. Dinesh Chandra Yadav and Others, during pendency of Revision No. 331 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. 202554104600000412) pending before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter up to some length submits that he would confine his prayer to suitable direction to the revisional authority to consider and decide petitioner's application for interim relief expeditiously. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 1 - Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lucknow to consider and decide application for interim relief filed in Revision No. 331 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. 202554104600000412), expeditiously, say within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties, in case there is no legal impediment.
