Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 8. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no.9 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging selection and appointment of opposite party no.9, Renu Devi W/o Anuj Kumar as Aganwadi Worker in the village concerned. Further prayer for inquiry into issuance of incorrect Income Certificate of petitioner and for cancellation of Income Certificate of opposite party no.9 has also been sought. 4. From the record it appears that petitioner has already submitted representation with regard to correction of her own Income Certificate and for cancellation of Income Certificate of opposite party no.9. Since the selection of opposite party no.9 is based on an Income Certificate which has not yet been cancelled, this Court does not find any occasion to interfere at this stage leaving it open to petitioner to pursue the remedy of correction of Income Certificates before the authority concerned which shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority after affording opportunity of hearing to opposite party no.9 as well. 5.
