Case No.1555 of 2024 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Patnagarh, arising out of Lathor P.S. Case No. 272 of 2024 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 420 of I.P.C. 3. Taking into account the nature of allegations, punishment prescribed and the submissions made, it is directed that on surrendering within four weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 4.
