This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive relief:- i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer to the petitioner from Ayurvedic Health Centre Sajao Piplu, Tehsil Dharampur, District Mandi to Ayurvedic Health Centre Badgaon, Tehsil Padhar, District Mandi, H.P. where the post of Ayurvedic Pharmacist is going to fall vacant after 31.05.2025 by 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - issuing a writ of mandamus.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that petitioner’s representation for his transfer to the post in question is pending consideration with the Competent Authority. The representation will be decided within two weeks from 31.05.20-25 i.e. when the post in question actually falls vacant. 3. In view of aforesaid statement, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation within two weeks from 31.05.2025 i.e. the date when the post will fall vacant.
