When this matter was last listed on 27.06.2025, the learned C.G.C. had informed the Court that Raham Ali, son of the petitioner, was handed over to the Sector Headquarter, BSF, Cooch Behar and thereafter to the 157 Bn., BSF, the said declared foreign national was sent back to Bangladesh from the AOR (Area of Responsibility), Border Outpost Tilak, District - Cooch Behar on the intervening night of 26/27 May, 2025. 3. Accordingly, upon instructions received by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner or the deported foreign national to take any other steps that may be permissible in law in respect of the said Raham Ali, the declared foreign national. 4.
