This wit petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents No.2 to consider and decide the Application/representation dated 2.1.2023 of the Petitioner [filed as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition] under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in pursuance of the registered agreement to sale deed dated 2.2.1981 bearing No.438, as expeditiously as possible;" 3. It has been contended by learned Standing Counsel that the relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted in this writ petition and it would be appropriate that petitioner may file an application for correction of records under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for correction of records, in accordance with law.
