Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner No. 1 has expired during the pendency of the writ petition. For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; (2 of 2) [WRES-340/2024] it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 13.03.2024 and 19.02.2024. Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Advocate Wellfare Fund, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur. Orders dated 13.03.2024 and 19.02.2024, are hereby recalled. The writ petition will be restored to its original number, qua petitioner No. 2 only, upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.
