It is the case of the petitioner that he has been working as Assistant Teacher (Primary) in Swami Ramtirth Girls High School, Rajpur, Dehradun. She is qualified now. She claims regularization. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issues have already been decided by this Court by order dated 24.12.2025 in WPSS No. 2264 of 2025, Sulochna Upadhyay Vs. State of Uttarakhand by giving liberty to the petitioner in that case to make fresh representation to the competent authority to consider her case. He submits that the matter is squarely covered. This fact is admitted by learned counsel for the respondents. Since the identical issue has already been decided, the petition is decided in terms of the order dated 24.12.2025, passed in the case of Sulochna Upadhyay (supra). Accordingly, the petitioner is given liberty to make fresh representation to the competent authority, within two weeks from today. If the petitioner makes such representation within the stipulated time, the same shall be decided, as per law, within four months thereafter. (Ravindra Maithani, J.) 30.12.2025 Jitendra
