THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 10757/2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent has resorted to certain activities which resulted in execution of some documents and also possession certificate dated 17.05.2024. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.722 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid and the case is posted to 27.06.2025 for appearance of the accused. It is submitted that the allegation of creation of fake certificates, etc.., are all meant to be tried before the trial Court. 4. Considering the same, it is left open for the petitioner to redress his grievance before the appropriate Magistrate Court. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
