Petitioner’s only grievance is that on completion of three years at GMSSS Dand, Tehsil Salooni, District Chamba, she has preferred representation dated 11.3.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking her adjustment due to adverse family circumstances, to the respondents/Competent Authority, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - however, the said representation has not been considered by the Competent Authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
