GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 3rd respondent at behest of respondents 5 and 6 and repeatedly called to the police station. Aggrieved by the said action, the present writ petition has been filed. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, on a complaint filed by the 5th respondent, the petitioner was called to the police station for the purpose of enquiry and it was found that there was some civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. It is also submitted that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the peace of the petitioner after having arrived at a conclusion that there exists some civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the 4th respondent shall not disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law.
