Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State. 2. The instructions placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel for perusal are taken on record. 3. On the basis of instructions, it has been informed by learned Standing Counsel that an order has been passed on 15.05.2025 by the Divisional Medical Board, whereby the petitioner has been found 'unfit'. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the same. 5. No objection in this regard has been made by learned Standing Counsel. 6.
