Perused the pleadings and the order dated 30.05.2022 passed in WP(C) No.760/2020. Also perused the representation dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure-6), filed before the present Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department (PHE). 4. Considering the matter in entirety, the present application stands allowed by impleading the opposite party, (detailed at paragraph No.3 of the application) be impleaded as respondent No.2 as per the seriatum mandated under the CIS. 5. The Registry is directed to make necessary correction of the records accordingly, and list the main case in due course. 6.
