The instant revision was filed challenging a judgment and decree dated 28.11.2015 passed in Small Suit No.1 of 2010. 8. Considering the fact that the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 has now been repealed, the present revision is disposed off with the observations that the revisionist would be at liberty to file an application under the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 seeking eviction. 9. In case, such an application is filed under the Tenancy Act, 2021, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six months from the date of filing of fresh application along with certified copy of this order.
