By means of the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned notice dated 05.05.2025 and 06.06.2025 issued by opposite party no. 3 i.e., Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kakori, District Lucknow which has been sent to the petitioner through whatsapp." 3. At the very outset, Shri Shakeel Ahamd, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kakori, Police Commissionerate, Lucknow, who has been called upon in another case submits that the petitioner may be directed to appear in the office of Assistant Commissioner of Police Kakori, Police Commissionerate Lucknow on 19.06.2025 in between 10:00 to 02:00 p.m. to get his statement recorded. 4. In light of the aforesaid statements made by Shri Shakeel Ahamd, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kakori, Police Commissionerate, Lucknow, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear on 19.06.2025 at between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. before the officer concerned to record his statement and immediately thereafter the petitioner would be set free.
