GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action against the respondents 4 to 6 in Crime No.250 of 2022 of Karlapalem Police Station, Bapatla district. It is submitted that although three years have elapsed after registration of crime, no investigation has been conducted and no charge sheet has been filed so far. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that the police after receipt of the complaint from the Court, registered a case in Crime No.250 of 2022 and have also completed investigation and found that it is a false case and submitted a final report before the competent Court on 31.12.2022. 4. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to redress his grievance before the appropriate authority. No costs. 5.
