The present writ petition has been filed with prayer to direct opposite party no.1 to decide the Original Suit No.247 of 2020 (Sanjay Jhunjhunswala & another vs. Anjani Kumar Singh & others) filed by opposite party no.2 & 3 before him expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an Original Suit No.247 of 2020 (Sanjay Jhunjhunswala & another vs. Anjani Kumar Singh & others) filed by opposite party no.2 & 3 before the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) II, Faizabad which is still pending consideration, therefore, requested that a direction be made to the concerned authority to decide the aforesaid original suit within stipulated time. Learned C.S.C. has no objection in this regard. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it is expedient to direct the opposite party no.1 to decide the Original Suit No.247 of 2020 (Sanjay Jhunjhunswala & another vs. Anjani Kumar Singh & others) filed by opposite party no.2 & 3 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
