Since he committed default in repayment of loan, therefore, Bank has issued a notice to him on 01.05.2025 under Rule 8(1) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rule, 2002. Thus feeling aggrieved by said notice, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that due to family problems, petitioner committed default in repayment of loan. He submits that he is a law-abiding citizen and he is serious about repayment of loan; however, all he wants is that the loan be re-scheduled, so that he may be able to pay the instalments, accordingly. 4. This Court cannot issue any direction for re- scheduling the loan to concerned bank; however, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to competent authority in the bank. If he makes such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by competent authority within three weeks thereafter. 5.
