Case No.397 of 2024 whereby directions have been given to pay an amount of Rs.61,500/- subject to which the delay condonation application was allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist states that the revisionist is a very poor person. 4. Without going into the said contention, present revision is disposed off directing that subject to the revisionist paying Rs.45,000/- instead of Rs.61,500/-, further steps shall be taken.
