Heard Sri T.Sai Surya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. This petition is filed seeking police aid for implementation of injunction order dated 04.12.2020 in I.A.No.171 of 2020 in O.S.No.218 of 2020 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, which has been extended from time to time. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner. However, the injunction order which is placed on record is ad-interim injunction. In the absence of a specific judicial direction, the authorities are unable to provide police aid in the matter. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout their remedies before the before the 4 Competent Civil Court where the civil suit is pending between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
