The corpus is present before this Court. The corpus is accompanied by Lady Police Constable No.902 Ms. Ratna Singh of SIIDCUL, Police Station Haridwar and Sub Inspector Mr. Bhram Dutt Bijalwan. 2. We have interacted with the corpus. Learned brother Mr. Justice Alok Mahra has asked her regarding her marriage with the petitioner and as to where she is residing. In reply, the corpus has submitted to the Court that initially she married the petitioner with the consent of her family, but subsequently, on account of certain ill- treatment etc., she has left the company of the petitioner and is now voluntarily residing with her parents. The submission of the corpus is placed on record. 3. The corpus being major and having voluntarily decided to part company with the petitioner, remedy does not lie by way of habeas corpus petition. 4. Accordingly, habeas corpus petition is disposed off. Dismissal of the habeas corpus petition will not come in the way, if petitioner so desires to move the appropriate forum for relief, in accordance with law. 5.
