Sodial, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought for impleadment of the new incumbent in the post of Chief Conservator of Forest, Central Assam Circle, Basistha. When this matter had come up for consideration on 23.06.2025, it was noted Page No.# 2/2 that the incumbent sought to be impleaded was not apprised of the order of this Court which is the subject matter of this contempt petition. Accordingly, 4 (four) weeks time was granted to apprise the said incumbent of the order of this Court in question. The learned counsel has submitted that notice was issued to the new incumbent on 30.07.2025 which was sent by registered post. In view of the above, the new incumbent, namely, Sri Sunny Deo Singh (IFS), Chief Conservator of Forest, Central Assam Circle, Basistha is impleaded as party respondent no. 2. The learned counsel is required to file amended cause title in the contempt case whereafter the same is to be listed for issuing notice to the new incumbent. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
