Today also, no one has put in appearance, however, having heard Additional Government Counsel appearing on behalf of State, petition is being considered on merits. 2. It appears that petitioner preferred instant writ petition raising a grievance that her appointment as Nurse Grade II pursuant to recruitment – 2018 was made in the category of General (TSP) area and vide order dated 18.08.2020, she was posted at office of Block Chief Medical Officer, Sagwada District Dungarpur, however, later on, she has been posted in non-TSP area viz. Learned Additional Government Counsel has make it clear that petitioner did not approach before this Court with clear facts. Indeed petitioner was never posted at Siwana, District Barmer, rather vide order dated 30.07.2021, petitioner was posted at CSC Koslu under CMHO, Pali, which is TSP area. 4. Taking into consideration the contention of counsel for respondents, the issue raised by the petitioner is wholly misconceived. Since under the interim order dated 03.05.2021, petitioner is continuing at BCMO, Sagwada under CMHO, Dungarpur, hence, respondents are at liberty to implement the order dated 13.05.2021 or to issue afresh transfer order granting posting to petitioner in TSP area only. 5. With aforesaid observations, instant writ petition is hereby disposed of. 6. Interim order dated 03.05.2021 stands vacated. 7.
