This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of PRC Case No.106/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Kokrajhar. Page No.# 2/2 3. The petitioner has been Charge-Sheeted in a case under Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. He has received the summons. The petitioner apprehends that, if he appear before the Trial Court he will be remanded to Custody. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 5. Since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given adequate opportunity to that effect. 6. The petitioner, Noser Ali @ Nasar Ali shall appear before the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Kokrajhar in respect of PRC Case No.106/2025, within next 10(ten) days from today. 7. On his appearance, the petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Kokrajhar. 8.
