The petitioner being accused No.3 has filed the present petition seeking to quash the criminal proceedings pending against him in SC No.46 of 2017 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mandya. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner - accused No.3 had filed similar petition i.e., Criminal Petition No.1011 of 2018 seeking similar relief to quash the criminal proceedings in SC No.46 of 2017 pending before the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mandya, and the said petition came to be dismissed on merits vide order dated 07.01.2025.
