(Oral) By way of instant petition, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for his having allegedly disobeyed the mandate contained in the judgment dated 27.05.2024 passed in CWP No.4670 of 2024, titled Gian Chand vs. HRTC and Anr., wherein direction came to be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 17.07.2014, passed in CWP No.3050 of 2014, titled Nek Ram Vs. State of H.P. and Others and judgment dated 08.07.2021, passed in CWP No.3239 of 2021, titled Balraj Singh Vs. HRTC & Anr., within a period of six weeks. 2. Since despite there being aforesaid direction, no steps, whatsoever, came to be taken at the behest of the respondent for doing the needful, petitioner has approached this Court in the instant proceedings. 2 3. Before notice, if any, could be issued in the instant proceedings, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent. While placing on record copy of office order dated 13.08.2025, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, states that decision has been already taken to implement the judgment, alleged to have been violated and consequential benefits, in terms of the same shall be released positively, within a period of seven days. 4. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present petition revived, in case amount agreed to be released, is not released within the stipulated period, enabling this Court to pass appropriate order against the erring officials.
