1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 23.9.2022 and
12.1.2023.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1 To call for the records of the case for kind perunal of this Hon'ble court.
10.2. To issue an appropriate writ or order and declare that order dated 12.01.2023 (Annexure -P-4) passed by Respondent no 02 and order dtd. 23.09.22(Annexure-P- 1) passed by Respondent no.03 in illegal and bad. 10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order and quash the
order dated 12.01.2023(Annexure-P-4) passed by Respondent no 02 and order dtd. 23.09.22(Annexure-P- 1)passed by respondent no.3. 10.4 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and
3 circumstances of the case may also be granted."
3. Vide order dated 5.4.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and orders dated 23.9.2022 and 12.1.2023 were stayed by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at her original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 23.9.2022 and 12.1.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge is hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
