In view of the said report, the proceedings of Case Crime No. 0123 of 2025, under Sections 281, 324(4) B.N.S., Police Station Babu Banarasi Das (B.B.D.), District Lucknow, are quashed on the basis of compromise dated 05.06.2025. 4.
