In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.3-District Magistrate, Bahraich to consider and decide the representation/application of the petitioner dated 22.05.2025 after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as Neetu Kumari, who as per averments made in the writ petition appears to be selected candidate and her rights would be affected if any adverse order is passed against her.
