No. 86/2025. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police submitted charge-sheet in said Mankachar Police Station Case No. 34/2025 vide charge-sheet No. 92/2025 dated 31.05.2025. 4) In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Mankachar Police Station Case No. 34/2025. 5) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
