Case called out. 2 None has appeared on behalf of the revisionist, whereas the learned A.G.A. is present for the State. 3. On the last date also, none had appeared on behalf of the revisionist and, therefore, the following order was passed on 24.07.2025:- "This case has come up in the Additional/Unlisted List-I under the heading 'For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation'. Case called out. None is present on behalf of the parties. A perusal of order-sheet indicates that earlier also none had appeared on behalf of the revisionist, therefore, the interim order dated 22.05.2017 was vacated by means of order dated 12.05.2025. It was also directed to the office to communicate the order to the lower court. As per office report,the same has been communicated to the court concerned through E. Mail. List in the next week. In case none would appear on behalf of the parties on the next date, the appropriate order shall be passed." 4. Perusal of order-sheet indicates that on account of non- appearance of learned counsel for the revisionist the interim order dated 22.05.2027 was vacated on 12.05.2022, which was communicated to the Court concerned. 5. In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in prosecuting the revision. 6. The revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned by the Senior Registrar of this Court forthwith and, in any case, within a period of two weeks from today.
