It is submitted by Mr. Baishya, that the report is received from the Officer-in-Charge of Bilasipara Police Station, Dhubri stating that till date, after verification of the records, it is seen that no case pending or registered against the petitioner in Bilasipara Police Station, nor any FIR has been lodged till date. In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the event of filing any such FIR.
