None is present on behalf of the parties, except the learned A.G.A. List this case in the next week under the same heading. In case none appears for the revisionist on the next date also, appropriate order shall be passed." 4. Perusal of order-sheet also indicates that on account of non- appearance of learned counsel for the revisionist the interim order was vacated on 11.08.20234. 5. In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in prosecuting the revision. 6. The revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.
